Richard Vaughan, author of the most popular method for learning English,  referred to the importance of attitudes as the sacrifice, effort, and the ongoing work to innovate in any field.

In reference to the success of its business model, the speaker has ensured that the key point at his company is the figure of the teacher. «We are looking for people outside the teaching guild because we are not interested as much in their skills  but rather we need to know that they are holders of the attitudes needed to undertake the success path”.

He could explain, «in our method there is no secret or nothing revolutionary; is simply based on people and, especially, in the figure of the teacher «.» And he added, «with teachers with talent it is very easy to manage a company, because we must not forget that any society can be changed through the classroom».

Richard Vaughan explained that with confidence in oneself and capacity for self-analysis, humility, and above all hard work, we will have the guarantee of success in any project that we undertake, as well as happiness in life.»

Related to changes in the environment, Vaughan referred to the Spanish saying  “ It´s better keep someone that you know well but is bad, rather than try someone that maybe is better but you don´t know for sure” to explain that this is an attitude that aligns us on the wrong track because, «you should never remain comfortable and quiet as opportunities are knocking at our door every day”he said.
